Children and Youth Worker Volunteer Forms

Thank you for volunteering to help our staff work with young children and youth (Junior and Senior High students) of our church body.  To ensure the safety and well-being of these “kids”, we require all workers in the nursery, Sunday School, AWANA, Vacation Bible School and Youth groups to be carefully vetted. 

 

Please download, print, and personally return or mail the filled out forms below (five pages) to the church office… we will process them and contact you as soon as possible. 

 

Please note that to be in a leadership role you must be a Member of Trinity. 

To assist leaders you would at least be a regular attender.
