Blaine Donaldson
Senior Pastor
​
Blaine has been serving as Senior Pastor since March of 2018. He served as a Senior Pastor in Michigan for 15 years and as the President of the Fellowship of Evangelical Bible Churches from 2010 - 2018. Blaine has been married to his wife Autumn since 1991. They have three children, one from each of the last three decades. Blaine loves the Bible and helping people understand and apply it to their lives. He enjoys hunting and fishing.

Blaine has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Briercrest Bible College, a Master of Arts in Pastor Ministry, a Master of Divinity in Theology from Trinity Seminary and Bible College, and a Master of Arts in Theology from Acadia Divinity College.

Tom Crouch (Vice Chair)
Social and Finance Teams
Tom is a retired public school administrator. He and his wife Lorraine have attended Trinity for over 40 years.They have four children and 11 grandchildren. In addition to finance, Tom also works with the Social Team, which coordinates the major social functions of the church. Tom is an avid sports enthusiast and has played on baseball and softball teams for more than 50 years.
Philip Measor
Planning and Personnel Teams

Philip also serves on the Audio/Visual team at Trinity. He and wife Rebekah have been married for 17 years and have three children. Philip enjoys spending time with the family, cooking and cycling.
Philip was born in Canada. is a British citizen and a naturalized U.S. citizen. He holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Santa Cruz. His expertise is in applied optics and virus detection. Prior to accepting a Professorship at Whitworth University, Philip and family lived in San Jose, California, where he worked as a research scientist. He also started a biotechnology company focused on detecting viruses. Besides teaching at Whitworth, Philip founded the Microdevices Lab to investigate novel ways to make devices on the scale of the diameter of a human hair.

Rebekah accepted Jesus as Savior at about five years old and was a significant factor in leading Philip to the Lord at age 16 after which they were high school sweethearts. They were married after Philip completed his bachelor's degree and have been involved in various ministries ever since. Rebekah has been involved in children's and junior high ministries, and the worship service team. Philip has served in audio and visual ministries in some capacity for over 24 years including training up and leading a team. Philip and Rebekah felt called to Trinity (2018) after being impressed with the peoples' servant hearts, generosity and kindness.
Nick Quinn
Christian Education Team
Nick grew up in San Diego, California and enlisted into the United States Army after high school. He met and married his wife Gail, also an Army veteran, at Fort Lewis, Washington. They have three boys, Darien, Ryan and Dracen.
Nick attended graduate school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and then went on to pursue a degree in podiatric medicine from California School of Podiatric Medicine. Presently, he is working with the Department of Veterans Affairs her in Spokane. He continues to serve the Lord with an open heart and mind and seeks an intimate relationship with our Lord seeking knowledge and wisdom to be an effective servant.
Mark Lewis (Chair)
Global and Local Outreach Team
Mark was born in Chicago, Illinois and then moved to a rough neighborhood in Aurora, Illinois where fighting everyday was the norm. Thus, his dad decided to move the family to Spokane when Mark was nine years old.
While playing a poker game in his Junior year at the University of Nebraska a man shared Christ with Mark and he trusted Christ as his savior. That man discipled Mark by writing him a personal letter every month for 43 years before going to heaven. About that time Mark was drafted into the Army and served two years as a Military Policeman.

After graduating from college, Mark worked at Circle Boy's Ranch - a Christian Group Home near Spokane. While there he met his sweetheart Cindy Heilsberg (soon to become Cindy Lewis.) Cindy had become a Christian at the tender age o nine at a camp meeting. Subsequently, Mark completed his Seminary education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. Cindy has gone to be with the Lord.

Mark and Cindy have two children. Matt and Kristi. They each have a daughter and more on the way. Mark worked at Spokane County Juvenile Court for 39 years, managing the Probation Department and at other times the Detention Facility. The Couple joined Trinity Baptist Church in the late 1980's and have served in various capacities since that time.

Keith Thompson
Worship & Building and Grounds Teams

Keith has been part of Trinity Baptist Church since 1995. Keith has served as a youth pastor, pastor, church planter, and church mediator from 1997 to 2022 in the Spokane area. Keith and his wife Vickie (August 1984) consider Trinity to be their home church during their transitions between ministries. Keith has a Christian Studies bachelor’s degree through Wayland Baptist University (1997) and a Master of Theology Degree through Liberty University (2010).

Keith and Vickie have three adult children who are married. They have seven grandchildren who are extremely loved. Vickie has owned and operates Little Holland Daycare and Preschool since 1995. Keith assists when needed and takes care of the administrative duties. Together they have owned and operated Thompson’s Country Haven Farm and Event Center since 2016.
​
Keith is serious about the spiritual needs of the members of Trinity Baptist Church. As the Deacon responsible for Worship, he is observing to see where Trinity can improve the worship experience for members and visitors. The main goal is to bring Glory and Honor to our Heavenly Father.
