Blaine  Donaldson

Senior Pastor


Blaine has been serving as Senior Pastor since March of 2018. He served as a Senior Pastor in Michigan for 15 years and as the President of the Fellowship of Evangelical Bible Churches from 2010 - 2018. Blaine has been married to his wife Autumn since 1991. They have three children, one from each of the last three decades. Blaine loves the Bible and helping people understand and apply it to their lives. He enjoys hunting and fishing with their son Tony.

Blaine has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Briercrest Bible College, a Master of Arts in Pastor Ministry and a Master of Divinity in Theology from Trinity Seminary and Bible College. He is working on a Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership from Acadia Divinity College.

Steven Thompson

Youth Director



Steven was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, but moved to Spokane as an infant.   He graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelor's in Music. He loves to play the saxophone. He married his best friend and love of his life, Kimberly in July, 2016.  Steven and Kimberly feel God’s blessings as they work with youth and see growth in the students’ lives as they discover who they are and how they fit into God's plan.


Tom Hillman

Board Chairman & Building and Grounds Team


Tom is “partially” retired and is presently teaching Geology and Astronomy at Whitworth University. Tom and wife Lonni enjoy the out-of-doors. His personal scripture is:  “Jesus Christ, yesterday, today and yes, forever.” The Building and Grounds Team is responsible for maintenance of the Trinity facility inside and out.  The team also oversees capital improvements such as remodeling the church library and repaving the parking lot.  

Tom Crouch

Deacon Board Secretary, Social and Finance Teams


Tom is a retired public school administrator. He and his wife Lorraine have attended Trinity for over 40 years.They have four children and 11 grandchildren. In addition to finance, Tom also works with the Social Team, which coordinates the major social functions of the church. Tom is an avid sports enthusiast and has played on baseball and softball teams for more than 50 years. 

Charles Phill

Congregational Care Team and Missions Team


Charles is a retired Air Force officer and has been legally blind since 2010; however, he would love to talk to anyone about his “observations,” past and present. He served 22 years as a hospital administrator in many foreign and domestic locations. His retirement job was teaching High School Air Force Junior ROTC for 15 years in both Pasadena, CA and at Rogers HS in Spokane.  The CC Team provides spiritual and physical assistance to those in need. Trinity is a “missions-minded” church. The Missions Team oversees our local, national and international outreach efforts.

Rich Lathrop

Missions Team


Rich was born in Kittitas, WA on a homestead in a driving snow storm- his mother was unable to reach the hospital in  Ellensburg.  He retired from Bayliner Marine, where he wore many different hats, including VP of manufacturing, SE United States sales manager and plant manager in Valdosta, GA; eventually retiring as director of research and development. Rich has been married to his childhood sweetheart since 1957.  They had three children two living here on earth and one in heaven. They have been blessed with three grandchildren. Rich loves the Lord.


Roxane Riley

Church Secretary


Roxane was born and raised in Castle Rock, Colorado. She enjoys reading and spending time with her two children and her parents. She is the bookkeeper, secretary and receptionist for Trinity.
